Payment issue
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can choose "Online Payment" (Credit Card) or "Offline Payment" (Bank Transfer/FPS) during checkout.
Q: Institutions can only pay by cheque, is that okay?
A: Yes, we provide payment-after-delivery service for institutions. Corporate customers need to stamp and confirm the quotation. We will send the goods first, and the official invoice and receipt will be sent along with the package.
Logistic issue
Q: How is the shipping cost calculated?
A: All our products include local surface mail in Hong Kong. Customers can add registered mail fee or change to SF Express as needed. The additional fee will be displayed on the checkout page.
Q: If I choose S.F. Express, can I choose a designated address, a smart locker or a service station?
Answer: Yes. We are happy to send packages according to customer's instructions.
Q: How long does it take to ship after the order is placed?
A: Under normal circumstances, we will send the package within 2 working days, and notify the customer by email; if it is a purchasing product, we will notify the estimated delivery time separately, and update the overseas logistics situation in a timely manner.
