❓ Can STT issue official invoices?
回答:可以。我們能提供具公司抬頭的報價單、發票及收據。付款期為發票日期起計60天。
❓ If an institution can only settle payment via cheque, can it place an order?
回答:無任歡迎!我們接受機構客戶以銀行轉帳及支票付款。
❓ Do you offer overseas shipping?
Answer: We currently ship to Macau, Mainland China, and Taiwan. However, we do not offer "cash on delivery" for orders shipped outside of Hong Kong; we will only ship the goods after the customer has made payment.
Can you summarize the institutional procurement process?
Answer: After receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with a quotation as soon as possible. We offer a "cash on delivery" option for organizations (companies in Hong Kong only). You only need to stamp and confirm the quotation, and we will ship the goods first (or purchase them as required). The official invoice and receipt will be sent with the package or mailed to the organization's address first.

❓How are shipping costs calculated?
Answer: From August 31, 2024, all orders will be shipped via S.F. Express with a flat rate of $20. There is no minimum order requirement.
How many days will you a paid order?
回答:一般情況下,我們會於2個工作天內寄出包裹,另以電郵通知客戶;如屬代購產品,則會另外通知預計送貨時間,並適時更新海外物流情況。
